4. Payment and Invoicing
Estimates provided are subject to change based on site conditions and project scope. Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabcon Contractor, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
